Chocolate What?

Our mayor R. Nagin lost his mind on Monday, January 16. His comments came in a speech, delivered on Martin Luther King Day with City Hall as a backdrop, in which the mayor said God intended New Orleans to rise again as a "chocolate city," which he defined as a "black-majority city." What he said has outraged the white, Hispanic and Vietnamese communities in the city of New Orleans. I think he meant well but he definitely needs a PR team to handle his speech's..Someone let him know Katrina has passed an he can come back to earth! Last time I checked it wasn't chocolate.
